When the guest checks into the hotel, they receive an envelope from reception containing the scheduled meeting time. The next day, when the guest arrives at the lobby:
- If they have any issues related to reservations, the hotel, or their room, we work with the front desk to resolve them.
- We provide useful information about the destination, such as where to go, how to get there, and recommendations.
- We gladly answer any questions guests may have.
- We help guests find out the time for their airport return transfer.
- During the meeting, our guides share their contact numbers with the guests, and we assist them in case of any unexpected situations during their holiday. If they visit a hospital or police station, we inform the partner agency and act as interpreters.
- We offer the best-value, insured tours without any hidden fees, without any pressure. If the guest wishes to book a tour, we arrange it.
